Cardinal Newman High School
Campus improvements for Cardinal Newman High School are finally underway!
Cardinal Newman High School has been open since 1961. A core faculty group of Adrian Dominicans transferred from the Mother Church, St. Ann’s Church and started what is today, Cardinal Newman High School. Since then, CN has added the Crusader Stadium, John P. Raich Athletic Building, a classroom wing and security. More importantly, in 2005 CN was given by the State of Florida the distinction of IB (International Bacalaureate) diploma program for the school. This has elevated CN to a level of excellence in education for high school students. Following this prestigious distinction, the School President, Rev. David W. Carr announced the fundraising plans for campus improvements and renovations to include a chapel. CN also will add covered walkways and renovate their “commons” cafeteria and gym. This has been in planning and fundraising stage and is finally coming to fruition with the help of many alumni, devoted Catholic volunteers, families and staff of CNHS.
REG is pleased and honored to be helping CNHS and the Diocese of Palm Beach with design and construction of these campus improvements. If you are interested in helping out with your time, talent and treasures with this campaign, please call Kirsten Johnson, Director of Institutional Advancement at CNHS at (561)688-8085.
