The project was inserted in a vacant lot in the Big Cypress Reservation in South Florida. It consisted of three buildings: One (1) one-story building that contains two (2) 1,903 SF ADA townhouse units for the elderly and two (2) two-story buildings that include three (3) 2,140 SF two-story townhouses. The building’s façade incorporated in its design some elements that are part of the visual artistic traditions of the Seminoles. The project was built using innovated prefabricated structurally insulated panel system (SIPS) which minimized construction time.
