This project is a contributing building to Lake Worth Old Town National Register Historic District established in 2000, and located within a local historic district. The structure was built in 1936 as a movie theatre and has been renovated several times over ensuing decades. As well as being a theatre, it’s been a restaurant and a cabaret. The latest incarnation in 1999 as a contemporary art gallery involved interior alterations including an open stair, extended mezzanine, gallery spaces and general refinishing of all floors.
