Completed in 1927, this historic Town Hall is still in use by the Town today and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The scope of work for this initial phase included a complete re-roof of the facility, restoration to the balconies, and some minor interior repairs from water intrusion. A fresh coat of paint and waterproofing application were also completed on the exterior to further preserve the Town hall.
