Located just one block south of Atlantic Ave in downtown Delray Beach, this 2-story, Mission style design was inspired from the historic Colony Hotel also in downtown Delray Beach. The standalone bank building features a large lobby, offices, bank vault, and a drive thru. The second floor contains additional office space for tenants. In 2003 this project received the Excellence of Design Award in New Commercial Development from the City of Delray Beach.
