The new Village Hall requires phased construction to allow the existing 13,000 SF Village Hall located at 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard to remain operational until the new 25,000 SF structure is complete. The new multi-story building will feature administration offices, meeting rooms, lobby, break-room, new council chambers, and relocated post office amenity. Beside housing the many departments of the Village, the building will also function as an Emergency Operations Center.
